the first batch in the merf. boutique are one of kind pre-patina’d metal gumbys.

using multiple techniques to achieve multiple unique gorgeous one off finishes resulted in a beautiful finish while maintining the same sound as the standard finish mutes. the mutes are clear coated to protect the finish. (mute finish may continue to evolve over time)

#001: trumpet metal gumby in brass. (dark patina with green oxidation)

#004 trumpet metal gumby in brass. (heat treated and dipped for fiery red yellows.

#005 trumpet metal Gumby in stainless steel. Heat treated and colored shows bright blues pinks and purples that fade into bright yellow straw and reds.
